Spicy greek-style millerighi

Ingredients

• 10½ oz (300 g) Delverde millerighi

• 7 oz (200 g) feta (compact or semi-hald fresh cheese) thinly sliced

• 3/4 cup (3½ oz or 100 g) black olives, pitted

• 8 cherry tomatoes, quartered

• basil, chopped red chili pepper

• extra-virgin olive oil

• oregano

• salt and pepper

Preparation

• Toss the tomatoes with the olive oil, a pinch of salt, some crumbled chili pepper and a pinch of oregano. let sit to marinate. Mix the feta with the olives and basil. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente.

• Drain and mix with all the ingredients. serve hot or cold.
